BIRTHDAY PARTIES

Make your next birthday a real adventure. Prairie Walls instructors will guide your birthday group through two hours of rock climbing excitement. We start the kids out on our “easy” instruction wall. After they have climbed the instruction wall the group graduates to the main climbing walls and our bouldering areas. When you are finished with your two hours of climbing you may use our mezzanine area that overlooks the main climbing gym for your Party. If you want to bring in a birthday cake or pizza, that’s fine. Our staff to climber ratio is approximately 1 to 8.
When: By appointment. Birthday parties can be scheduled at other than open gym hours, times subject to availability, additional fees may apply for off hours events.

Cost: $150.00 for up to seven climbers.

$20.00 per person above the initial seven.

Policies:

Reservations and a non refundable deposit are required to schedule an event. A one week lead time is generally requested, but we will try to work with you on scheduling. We require one chaperone with every group of climbers. There is no charge for the required chaperones, if they wish to climb. All climbers must complete our liability waiver and rules agreement. Climbers under 18 must have the forms signed by a parent or legal guardian. Hours, rates and policies are subject to change, call to verify. All prices subject to tax.

Get Vertical Birthday Party

Birthday parties are not just for kids! Adults and young adults will have a birthday to remember with our birthday version of our Get Vertical class. In this two hour introductory climbing class you will learn the basic safety skills required for climbing at Prairie Walls.
Prairie Walls instructors will guide your group as they learn how to put on a climbing harness, tie the rope into the harness, safety checks, top rope belaying and basic vertical movement. Upon successful completion of this class you will have the skills required to climb at Prairie Walls on your own. When you are finished with your two hours of climbing you may use our mezzanine area that overlooks the main climbing gym for your Party. Our instructor to student ratio is approximately 1 to 8.

Cost: $190.00 for up to seven climbers.

$27.00 per person above the initial seven.

Note: All of the required rental equipment and instructor fees are included in the price of the event. Each student receives a coupon for a free day pass, valid within two weeks of completing the class. With the instructors approval you may stay and climb after class.
